Thanks to everyone who stopped by my table July 6 during First Friday while I was signing copies of The Lost King. (It meant a lot to me, and not just because I got to snack on the KitKats and Laughing Cow cheese wedges!) Thanks especially to the Port Aransas Art Center for making it possible and to The South Jetty and The Island Moon for spreading the word about the event.

If you weren’t able to make it and still want a copy of the book, there are signed copies available at the Port Aransas Art Center. Or, if you already bought one from or elsewhere and want it autographed, let me know. We can meet for coffee and I’ll inscribe something just for you.

A lot of people said that they wanted to be kept up to date on my writing exploits, so I’ll be sending out an e-newsletter. If you want to be on the mailing list, send your email address to me at

Thanks again, everyone!
