All Fired Up!

It’s time for First Friday. Visit the Port Aransas Art Center at 323 N. Alister from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 1, 2012 for live music, refreshments and art. This month it’s a group pottery show featuring seven artists including the most excellent Brenda Barnett of Potters on Cotter.

Speaking of Brenda Barnett, mark your calendars for the Potters on Cotter anniversary celebration Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the studio at 413 E. Cotter Ave. in Port Aransas.

And speaking of calendars and First Fridays, plan now to attend the July 6, 2012 First Friday at the Art Center because in addition to the great art, music and snacks, I’ll be signing The Lost King. The King’s fortunes must be improving because he can now be found in more places. You can now find copies at the Port Aransas Art Center. My thanks to the board for making my books available and inviting me to sign them in July. See you then!
