Port Aransas beach obs

Port Aransas Animal Rehabilitation KeepThough normally in the business of rescuing turtles and sea birds, this morning the Animal Rehabilitation Keep  rendered aid to a different species of animal. On my beachwalk, I spotted ARK Director Tony Amos interrupting his daily “Beach Observation” tour to extricate a homo sapiens who had gotten mired in the soft, fluffy beach sand. The grateful hominid continued on his way, steering his vehicle on more firmly packed sand, and Tony resumed his slow cruise down the strand.
